Fresh Consulting is hiring a Senior Manager, Systems Test Engineering to build and manage a team of test engineers who develop equipment and fixtures for testing products and components. The role leads technical development of production equipment, test fixtures, and process tools; manages resources, objectives, and requirements traceability; mentors team members; and collaborates with design, system, manufacturing, and software/controls engineers. Candidates need a BS or graduate degree in a relevant engineering field, experience leading test-equipment teams, extensive electro-mechanical engineering experience, process validation experience, and familiarity with Python or C++.
