NBCUniversal is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Development to build and manage a diverse pipeline of on-air, digital-first, and multi-platform journalists for NBC News. The role includes negotiating contributor contracts, evaluating talent through interviews and auditions, managing recruitment systems, monitoring hiring trends, and collaborating with scheduling and editorial teams on anchor assignments and coverage plans. Candidates need at least eight years of progressive editorial or production leadership experience or a proven track record in new media or on-air network news talent recruitment, along with strong editorial judgment, research, organizational, communication, and discretion skills. The position is hybrid, requires office attendance at least four days per week, and offers a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 plus bonus eligibility.
