Description
Zocdoc is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build its talent operations function from the ground up. The hybrid individual contributor/manager will configure recruiting technology, build knowledge systems and dashboards, establish recruiting metrics, streamline processes, ensure compliance, and lead two Recruiting Coordinators. The role requires 6–8+ years of talent or people operations experience, hands-on ATS and sourcing/CRM tooling experience, dashboard and recruiting metrics experience, and experience managing or mentoring a coordination team. The Silicon Valley base salary range is $159,000–$215,000 USD, with possible variable pay and/or equity.
