Description
Fluidstack is hiring a senior tax professional to own the ASC 740 income tax provision across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction data center company. The role will build tax provision processes and controls, manage external tax advisors and auditors, model tax impacts of new sites and financings, and coordinate with accounting and FP&A to deliver accurate provisions and disclosures. Candidates should have experience owning ASC 740 provisions through audits, building tax processes, managing tax positions, and handling multiple entities and jurisdictions; CPA or advanced tax qualifications, Big Four experience, infrastructure-company experience, transfer pricing, and NetSuite or Pigment experience are preferred.
