Description
Amazon Business is hiring a Technical Business Development and Product Leader to build and lead a team of technical business development and product professionals. The role owns pan-Amazon technical business development, go-to-market, partnership strategy, and product and go-to-market leadership for a multi-entity growth engine, with emphasis on Agentic AI partnerships and systems integrations. Responsibilities include hiring and developing talent, setting strategic direction, coordinating cross-functional and pan-Amazon workstreams, driving partner success, shaping product roadmaps, negotiating contracts, and defining adoption metrics. The position requires at least 10 years of experience building and leading large teams in matrixed operating structures, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, stakeholder and executive communication experience, enterprise software and technology platform experience, and VP-level channel-partner contract negotiation experience. The role is based in Arlington, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $193,700 to $262,000 annually.
