PackageX is hiring a Senior Manager, Technical Implementation & Value Realization to lead complex enterprise customer implementations, drive platform adoption, manage implementation risks and timelines, coordinate technical and internal teams, capture ROI and value evidence, and support customer health and expansion opportunities. The role reports to the Head of Go-to-Market, requires regular customer-site travel, and offers remote or hybrid flexibility depending on candidate location and company needs. The target base salary is $135,000–$150,000, with performance-based bonus and equity, and the role seeks 6–10 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, enterprise program management, solutions consulting, or related enterprise customer success areas.
