Lyric is hiring a Senior Manager, Technical Programs to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale software programs involving claim validation, pre- and post-pay analysis, audit automation, and payment recovery. The role coordinates engineering, product, and operations; leads Agile ceremonies; oversees data-intensive solutions using rules engines, machine learning, and claims analytics; manages compliance and program risk; and mentors junior technical program managers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of technical program management experience, including three years in healthcare payment integrity or related systems, and eight years leading Agile teams.
