Description
USP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Technical Services Support (India) to lead a team of five scientists and oversee the India-based Technical Services function. The role combines people leadership, service delivery, operational excellence, scientific inquiry management, quality assurance, knowledge management, and cross-functional partnership. It requires a master's degree in chemistry or a relevant scientific field, at least 12 years of pharmaceutical experience including chromatography, spectroscopy, and analytical testing, and at least 2 years of management experience. The position works from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST and may require travel to USP–Rockville for initial training.
