Required Previous Experiences: 15+ years of experience in critical facilities, technical infrastructure, maintenance, or asset management.
Experience in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or another complex technical environment.
Strong knowledge of utilities, building systems, technical assets, and production-critical infrastructure.
Experience leading technical teams, developing capability, and managing supplier performance.
Proven experience with maintenance strategy, reliability improvement, lifecycle planning, business continuity, and operational risk management.
Strong understanding of safety requirements, applicable regulations, engineering standards, and quality expectations.
Experience using asset data, performance indicators, reporting tools, or maintenance systems to guide decisions.
