Description
Arm is hiring a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager – IC Substrates to lead global sourcing strategy for advanced semiconductor substrates from early product development through high-volume manufacturing. The role partners with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain teams; manages relationships with leading substrate suppliers; leads supplier selection, negotiations, capacity planning, should-cost analysis, and supply-risk mitigation; and presents sourcing strategies to senior leadership. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant semiconductor or IC-substrate experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and international travel. The salary range is $161,500-$218,500 per year, with no relocation package available.
