Adobe is hiring a People Manager for its Product Engagement Systems engineering team in San Jose. The role leads and grows a high-performing engineering team, owns technical strategy for scalable in-product experiences, partners with Product, Design, Growth, and Data, and embeds experimentation, telemetry, performance, scalability, reliability, and observability into product development. Candidates need a BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 15+ years of software engineering experience, 7+ years leading engineering teams, and experience with modern web technologies and product commercialization initiatives. The U.S. base salary range is $160,200 to $320,000 annually, with a California range of $221,000 to $320,000.
