AppDirect is hiring a Senior Manager of Web & AI Experience to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of its corporate website and key sales and marketing applications. The role leads a small agile web development team, integrates AI tools into development and content workflows, develops LLM-aware content and SEO strategy, optimizes site performance, and partners with design, product, marketing, and leadership teams. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading web strategy, design, or digital product management, hands-on experience with modern web technologies, and experience integrating AI tools and technical SEO. The listed base salary or target on-target earnings range is $129,000 to $161,000 USD.
