Description

GEICO is looking for a Senior Manager, Women’s Sports & Portfolio Innovation to develop and execute a comprehensive Women’s Sports strategy. This role involves reshaping the company's long-lead sponsorship portfolio, focusing on disruptive innovations and impactful partnerships to enhance GEICO's brand presence in women's sports. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to create data-driven campaigns and drive business growth.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience across a combination of sports and experiential marketing
Experience managing long and short-term brand/talent ambassador deals from ideation to execution
Proven ability to build and manage multi-year sponsorship portfolios at scale
Experience managing and partnering with multiple external agencies and internal cross-functional partners across sports, experiential, media, analytics and creative
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to operationalize GEICO’s sports and marketing practice – redesigning more efficient processes, workflows, and communications
A detail-oriented individual with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with competing deadlines
