Micron is hiring a Senior Manager, Workforce Development to lead workforce readiness and training strategy for Micron Semiconductor India. The role owns ramp execution, role-based curricula, certification governance, skills frameworks, training infrastructure, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and team leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field, plus 10–15+ years of manufacturing operations, workforce development, training, or industrial engineering experience, along with proven ramp-up or large-scale onboarding experience and semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing knowledge.
