BCG is hiring an IT Workplace Technology Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT, audiovisual, and smart workplace technology for office build-outs, relocations, and upgrades. The role coordinates technology requirements with architectural, MEP, interior, lighting, acoustic, and furniture design teams; manages vendors, budgets, risks, change control, and stakeholder expectations; and contributes to global standards and delivery practices. The position requires extensive experience leading workplace technology projects, strong project and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of AV and IT integration, and willingness to travel internationally 35%.
