Redesign Health is seeking a Senior Managing Director to lead its Southeast Asia platform, including defining and executing the healthcare investment strategy, leading fundraising and the investment team, sourcing and backing founders, building venture-scale healthcare companies, and owning the P&L for the Singapore-based entity. The role also involves building regional operations, partnerships, and a high-performing team, with requirements including 15+ years of venture capital or healthcare investing experience, 5+ years managing teams, healthcare domain expertise, and experience building businesses or investment operations in Southeast Asia.
