ASML is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will lead process development, optimization, and sustainment in a high-tech manufacturing environment, focusing on ensuring stable, capable, and cost-efficient processes from early design through volume production. There are three specific areas of focus: New Product Introduction (NPI), Top-Level System Integration, and Optics. Each role involves owning and sustaining manufacturing processes, leading process development, translating product requirements into robust manufacturing processes, applying structured problem-solving methods, analyzing data, troubleshooting complex issues, partnering with cross-functional teams, developing documentation, executing change management, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, supporting equipment qualification, providing hands-on production support, and training technicians.
