Description
Boston Materials is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support the transition of its liquid metal thermal interface material from bench-scale to high-volume manufacturing. The role is embedded on the shop floor, commissioning the LVM line, establishing line readiness and quality flows, supporting preventive maintenance and SOPs, and driving continuous improvement. The engineer will also investigate non-conformances, lead root-cause analysis, and close corrective actions. The position requires experience scaling manufacturing processes, supporting active production lines, implementing QA/QC systems, and using manufacturing execution and statistical tools.
