Crusoe is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to bridge engineering designs with production execution. The role leads documentation interpretation, production data migration, manufacturing process and work-instruction development, continuous improvement, supplier coordination, ERP data management, tooling strategy, and cross-functional project alignment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, leadership experience, and expertise in manufacturing processes, mechanical machinery, power electronics, or industrial controls. The position offers up to $140,000–$160,000 plus bonus and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
