Description
Daher Kodiak Aircraft is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Sandpoint, Idaho, to translate aircraft design intent into repeatable, efficient, and controlled manufacturing execution. The role owns production methods, build sequences, line flow, manufacturing documentation, tooling, design-for-manufacturing analysis, ERP alignment, and root-cause problem solving across fabrication, subassembly, and final assembly. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, strong hands-on assembly and CAD skills, and experience with DFM, manufacturing documentation, and ERP systems. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 plus an annual target bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
