Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for an onsite role at its Lincoln, Illinois manufacturing facility supporting residential and wiring devices products. The role coordinates manufacturing engineering and product/process development, improves manufacturability and workflow, leads manufacturing in product development, manages capital projects, directs engineering changes, supports cost reduction and value-stream initiatives, and develops manufacturing training programs. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year of manufacturing engineering experience are required; three or more years of experience supporting complex manufacturing processes and capital projects greater than $500,000, fabrication or assembly knowledge, and Lean Six Sigma experience are preferred. The expected annual salary is $86,000–$126,000, with a variable incentive program, and relocation assistance is available to eligible candidates.
