Description
Emerald Technologies is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for its Brea, California team in a PCBA contract manufacturing environment. The role leads manufacturing readiness reviews, evaluates customer drawings, develops manufacturing plans and work instructions, drives continuous improvement, analyzes quality issues, specifies production equipment and fixtures, and provides technical support to manufacturing and test teams. The position requires 7–10 years of experience in PCBA, cable assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing, knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 and J‑STD‑001, and experience with Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred. It is a full-time, approximately 40-hour-per-week salaried position with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
