Description
Foundry Robotics is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own equipment-introduction projects from production requirements through RFQ, vendor selection, design and build, commissioning, and SOP. The role manages external line builders and tooling suppliers, defines OEE, throughput, and cycle-time targets, provides DFM and DFA input, builds business cases and ROI analyses, and transfers production and maintenance ownership after SOP. The position requires 5 to 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience, robotic or automated assembly experience, vendor management, CAD proficiency, and experience with OEE, yield, and capital equipment decisions. It is a full-time role in Emeryville with a base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 USD, plus equity and benefits.
