Description
Helsing is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help establish its new manufacturing facility in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The role owns process-flow design, tooling, fixtures, test stands, equipment procurement, factory standup, production startup and stabilization, MES configuration, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, and Production. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, and strong project-management and problem-solving skills; drone, UAS, aerospace or defense manufacturing, greenfield-facility experience, CAD, and quality-systems experience are preferred.
