Description
Lake Air Products is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead and improve production processes across precision metal fabrication, including laser cutting, stamping, forming, machining, welding, painting, and assembly. The role covers manufacturing documentation, Lean and continuous improvement, new product introduction, process validation, quality and regulatory compliance, production troubleshooting, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires substantial manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, medical, or other regulated industries, and requires full-time on-site presence in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
