Description
Rainmaker is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the link between Engineering and Production for its evolving drone platform. The role owns translating design revisions into build and maintenance documentation, coordinates engineering changes and production implementation, supports quality assurance and root-cause investigations, maintains documentation traceability, trains production staff, and improves equipment, jigs, and assembly workflows. The position is full-time, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an onsite training period in El Segundo, California through January 2027, followed by relocation to Salt Lake City. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, PCB manufacturing knowledge, CAD/PLM/ERP experience, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, and two years of management experience.
