Description
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will serve as a technical project lead for Marlborough-based product lines, combining project management, cross-functional execution, and hands-on electro-mechanical engineering. The role supports manufacturing readiness, process stability, documentation control, technology transfers, hardware and systems builds, test equipment, process improvements, quality and manufacturability issues, and training of manufacturing personnel in an ISO-regulated bioprocessing environment. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, 5–7+ years of manufacturing or systems engineering experience, project management capability, strong electro-mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with manufacturing documentation; SolidWorks and SAP experience are preferred. The estimated salary is $125,000–$150,000 annually, with variable cash programs and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
