ZeroAvia is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing development for hydrogen-electric propulsion systems across prototype, development, certification, and production programmes. The role bridges design and production, develops and optimises manufacturing processes and documentation, supports DFMA and industrialisation, and ensures compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory requirements. Candidates need a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least seven years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated industry, and strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, precision machining, process validation, tooling, and manufacturing planning.
