Description
This senior technical leadership role owns precision CNC manufacturing, multi-axis programming, and end-to-end production workflows. The role coordinates manufacturing and support teams, translates CAD/CAM data into production processes, develops and maintains CNC programs and fixtures, supports new-product introduction, manages first production builds, and mentors teams on manufacturability, quality, and process improvement. It requires 10+ years of CNC machining experience, hands-on experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and turning, CAM and CAD expertise, micromachining, machine controls, metrology, and GD&T.
