Description
Vast is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Environmental Control and Life Support Systems, to own the manufacturing development, production readiness, build execution, testing, and integration of fluid hardware for human-rated space stations. The role covers water, air, thermal, and pressurized-gas systems; manufacturing process development; high-pressure testing; design-for-manufacturing and assembly reviews; production planning; supplier development; and cross-functional system integration. It is a full-time exempt position in Long Beach, California, with travel of up to 10%, overtime or weekend work as needed, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a shop-floor environment.
