Philips is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer focused on equipment engineering, mechanical design, and assembly. The role supports product industrialization by designing and validating production equipment and tooling, collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams, leading PDLM subprojects, defining factory readiness requirements, supporting equipment installation and troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and Capex optimization. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, is onsite, and requires working in person at least three days per week for office-based teams.
