BAE Systems is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for its FCAS Manufacturing Engineering team at Warton to support GCAP Manufacturing Readiness Assessments. The role assesses manufacturing capability, coordinates readiness reviews, reports status and recovery actions, mitigates manufacturing risks, and aligns manufacturing readiness with programme milestones and Manufacturing Readiness Levels. It requires an HNC qualification or recognised apprenticeship, knowledge of manufacturing engineering and production readiness, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The position is on-site at Warton, with hybrid and flexible working options available, and pays £51,772 DOE.
