Description
Intuitive Surgical is hiring a Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer for its Future Forward organization to support the development of manufacturing processes and equipment for endoscopes, instruments, and accessories for a new robotic surgical platform. The role covers product transfer from early prototypes through validation and launch, including design-for-manufacturing input, calibration and test process development, pilot-line support, statistical process analysis, and process risk and control documentation. Candidates need at least six years of experience, manufacturing and test-method expertise, statistical analysis skills, familiarity with mechanical CAD, ERP, PLM, and ALM software, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
