Gold Bond Building Products, LLC is hiring a Senior MMDP Production Management candidate to report to the Plant Manager and oversee 24/7 production-line and plant operations. The role manages labor, productivity, maintenance budgets, quality, safety, inventory, testing, corrective actions, preventive maintenance, SAP production entries, and staff development, with performance goals including zero TCIR and LTIR. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of manufacturing experience including five years in leadership and three years as a manufacturing department manager, and the position is onsite at any United States plant location.
