MOO is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead its three-shift manufacturing operation. The role oversees supervisors and team leads, drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale performance, manages staffing and labor budgets, leads continuous-improvement and standardization projects, introduces new products and processes, and collaborates with engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, customer service, and product teams. The position requires manufacturing leadership, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, coaching, and experience with online print, finishing workflows, or similar operations; Lean certification, an engineering, operations, or business degree, and OEM or supplier experience are preferred.
