Schluter Systems L.P. is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer in Plattsburgh, NY to serve as a technical subject matter expert for manufacturing processes, equipment, and process improvement. The role leads large-scale cross-functional projects focused on lean improvement, validation, troubleshooting, risk management, and strategic process development, while mentoring engineers and partnering with production, maintenance, quality, EHS, logistics, and suppliers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8–12 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience, and strong hands-on knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, validation, CAD, ERP, and continuous improvement tools.
