Ralliant Corporation is hiring a Program Lead to establish and lead a new electronics center of excellence in Solon, Ohio. The role owns the site’s automation strategy, leads the system design and development team, manages end-to-end automation programs, provides technical leadership across controls, manufacturing process, and automation engineering, and represents the program to stakeholders. The position requires 10+ years of progressive experience in automation, controls, or manufacturing process engineering, a BS in Engineering or equivalent experience, and strong program management and stakeholder communication skills. It can be performed at Solon, Ohio; Hollister, California; or Chandler, Arizona, with varying travel expectations, and offers a salary range of 125,160.00–232,440.00 in local currency plus bonus eligibility.
