AttoTude is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, industrialize, and scale novel manufacturing processes for specialty THz wires, precision alignment, jackets, and connectors used in next-generation datacenter hardware. The role focuses on taking processes from lab and pilot stages to high-volume contract manufacturing, improving yield, capability, alignment stability, and cycle time, while partnering closely with R&D, quality, supply chain, operations, tooling vendors, and specialty suppliers. The position requires deep hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing, high-precision process development, and precision alignment, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials field and 8+ years of experience.
