Description
The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will lead manufacturing process improvements, automation, capital projects, and operational excellence in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The role focuses on Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, equipment reliability, process capability, cost-to-win, validation, regulatory compliance, and capacity expansion while providing technical leadership to operations, maintenance, quality, and other manufacturing teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment, with experience supporting high-speed automated assembly equipment.
