Boyd Thermal by Eaton is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer for its Woburn, Massachusetts facility. The role leads process development and optimization for aluminum vacuum-brazed heat exchangers and cold plates, supports new-product introduction, improves quality and reliability, manages maintenance and equipment uptime, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with design, production, quality, and safety teams. The position requires a mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree, aerospace and defense process-engineering experience, knowledge of aluminum vacuum brazing and machining, and strong leadership and project-management skills. It is an on-site role with a base salary of $135,000–$140,000 plus bonus eligibility, no relocation benefit, and no immigration sponsorship.
