One Stop Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer for an on-site position in the Escondido/San Diego, California area. The role develops, documents, implements, and continuously improves manufacturing processes for high-performance computing products across receiving, assembly, testing, inspection, and shipping. Responsibilities include new-product-introduction readiness, work instructions, tooling and fixture development, time studies, labor standards, Lean and Six Sigma improvement, yield and defect analysis, ERP/MES data management, capacity planning, automation evaluation, supplier process support, training, and AS9100/ISO quality-system compliance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least seven years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a high-mix, low-volume electronics, electromechanical, aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environment.
