Description
Skydio is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for autonomous products. The role covers New Product Introduction, labor standards, capacity and line-balancing analysis, OEE and production performance, Lean Manufacturing, cross-functional manufacturing projects, troubleshooting, automation business cases, and mentoring. Candidates need at least seven years of manufacturing-process experience, industrial-engineering and Lean expertise, ERP/MRP familiarity, data-analysis skills, and CAD or similar layout capabilities. The position offers an annual base salary of $145,000 to $219,000, equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan.
