Description
Daher is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Process Planner at its Kodiak aircraft manufacturing facility in Sandpoint, Idaho. The role translates engineering bills of material, drawings, and process definitions into accurate ERP manufacturing data, including mBOMs, routings, work instructions, work orders, configuration control, and aircraft traceability. The planner will resolve ERP-to-shop-floor gaps, support engineering changes, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Configuration Management to improve production readiness. The position requires at least seven years of relevant manufacturing planning or manufacturing engineering experience, strong ERP experience, and knowledge of engineering change and configuration management. Compensation is $75,000 to $85,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
