TKMS is hiring a senior marine composite structures engineer to own the technical development, design, optimization, qualification, and series-production transition of ship structures made of CFRP, GFRP, and hybrid materials. The role coordinates technical interfaces across design, analysis, production, procurement, and quality; supports material and manufacturing selection; and serves as the technical contact for customers, suppliers, and classification societies. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, several years of professional experience, knowledge of composite structures and maritime regulations, CAD proficiency, and strong German and English skills.
