Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a strategic and analytic-oriented Senior Marketing Associate specializing in TV and Connected TV (CTV) to manage their growing video media investments. This role involves developing media strategies, overseeing agency partnerships, improving measurement, influencing creative direction, and optimizing media spend to enhance customer acquisition and revenue. The successful candidate will contribute to defining upper-funnel growth strategies and fostering internal capabilities in reporting, experimentation, attribution, and business planning.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3-5 years of experience in TV, Connected TV, video media, or integrated media planning.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of the evolving TV ecosystem, including linear TV, streaming, Connected TV, and video measurement.
Experience managing agency relationships and influencing external partners.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations.
