Description
Avery Dennison is hiring a Senior Material Design & Simulation Engineer for its global Advanced Materials Solutions team. The role applies mathematical modeling, numerical simulation, fluid flow, pressure, temperature, mixing, and chemical reaction analysis to optimize product design, polymer processing, and synergistic material performance. The engineer will collaborate with product development scientists, pilot facility teams, operations, manufacturers, and equipment vendors to support R&D, process technology development, commercialization, feasibility assessments, and intellectual property matters. The position is hybrid and based in Mill Hall, Pennsylvania, with domestic and international travel of 10–20% and requires at least five years of relevant experience.
