The role owns adhesive and sealant interactions in sensitive environments, develops qualification envelopes and test plans, executes characterization campaigns, maintains technical specifications, and leads experimental design, process improvement, reliability, and supply-chain activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in materials science or engineering or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience, with aerospace non-metallic materials expertise preferred. The hiring range is $124,000 to $186,000 USD.
