Copeland is hiring a Senior Materials Engineer for its Corporate Materials Engineering department in Sidney, Ohio. The role focuses on metallurgical sample preparation and analysis, failure analysis, equipment troubleshooting, and technical reporting to support root-cause resolution and continuous improvement in a fully staffed laboratory environment. Candidates need strong metallurgical engineering experience in manufacturing or R&D, hands-on expertise with SEM and other metallographic tools, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and suppliers.
