Description
WHOOP is hiring a Senior Materials Program Manager to define and drive material strategy and readiness for critical and complex hardware products. The role owns material constraints, BOM and supply dependencies, inventory and buffer strategies, allocation, material liability, E&O exposure, contract-manufacturer planning, and supply-risk mitigation across NPI, ramp, mass production, transitions, and end-of-life. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of progressive materials, supply chain, planning, program management, or manufacturing operations experience in a hardware environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and mentor others. The position is based in the Boston, Massachusetts office, with domestic and international travel as required, and offers a U.S. base salary of $150,000 to $195,000 plus equity and benefits.
