Description

Blue Origin is hiring an experienced mechanical or aerospace engineer to lead the full lifecycle of critical fluid, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components for the New Glenn reusable orbital launch vehicle. The role covers requirements, interfaces, design, analysis, supplier coordination, fabrication, integration, verification, qualification, testing, manufacturing support, operations, and post-flight serviceability. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of relevant high-reliability systems experience, 3D CAD and FEA proficiency, GD&T drawing expertise, and knowledge of aerospace components; experience with cryogenic or hydraulic systems, launch vehicles, thermo-fluid tools, aerospace materials, and supplier development is preferred.
